DELIVERY & REFUND

  1. DELIVERY
    1. Once we have received full payment from you, we will proceed to arrange for delivery of your purchase. Each product purchased is considered an individual order. However, we will consolidate multiple orders of yours into one shipment where possible, otherwise we may deliver your purchase in multiple packages and at different times.

    2. A third party courier/shipping service/company will be used to deliver your purchase. In the event the courier/shipping service/company requires your signature as proof of acknowledgement of receipt of your purchase, we will accept any signature that is given or authorised by you at the address where the delivery is made to, as per your shipping details given to us. We will not be held responsible if the delivery fails to reach you due to your instruction to the courier/shipping service/company to leave the parcel without signing which has resulted in the lost or misplace of your parcel or theft.

    3. If the third party courier/shipping service/company fails to deliver your purchase and your purchase is sent back to us, we will contact you to arrange for a second delivery option. If this happens due to wrong shipping address provided to us by you, we will charge you for the second delivery accordingly and the first courier/shipping fee will not be refunded.

    4. We do not delivery order(s) to the following :-
      1. P.O Box address; or
      2. Military base address; or
      3. Consolidation warehouse address.
  2. SHIPPING
    1. Your purchase will be dispatched from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Order received after 1pm on Friday (Malaysia time) will be processed on the following Monday morning. If the value of your purchase needs to be declared, we will declare the exact amount/value of your purchase as per invoice.
      1. Malaysia courier/shipping delivery charges :-

        West Malaysia 1-2pcs = RM10
        3-4pcs = RM20
        5-6pcs = RM30
        7-10pcs = RM40
        2-5 working days
        East Malaysia 1-2pcs = RM20
        3-4pcs = RM40
        5-6pcs = RM60
        7-10pcs = RM80
        5-10 working days

        Order will be dispatched within 1 – 3 working days. The delivery time is based on estimation and for reference only. Therefore, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. It depends on the third party courier company.

      2. International courier/shipping delivery charges :-

        The rate charged and delivery date depend on the third party courier/shipping company. However, order will be shipped out within 3 – 5 working days.

  3. TAXES & DUTIES
    1. All international courier/shipping destinations may be subject to taxes and duties. We will deliver your purchase based on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any import duties and/or taxes and/or customs charges/fees imposed is/are excluded in the purchase and solely bear by the customer.
  4. RETURN POLICIES
    1. Item purchased by you will be checked for damage or faulty before it is couriered/shipped to you. However, you may return your purchase within 7 days (within Malaysia) and within 14 days (for international purchase) upon receipt of your purchase/parcel if there is defect made wrongly by us, subject to the following policies :-

      1. Item must not be worn, washed, dirtied, damaged and/or altered in any way;
      2. Item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging;
      3. On sale/Discounted/Promotional items are non-refundable;
      4. Order with free gift is non-refundable.


    2. Please take note that we will not accept late returned item and it will be couriered/shipped back to you. Returned courier/shipping fee and any other cost incurred such as import duties and/or taxes and/or customs charges/fees (if any) will be borne by you.
    3. Email to cs@hijutori.com to request for return and refund. Please include the following in your email and we will further assist you :-

      1. Your order number;
      2. Photo showing the defect wrongly made by us (jpeg, png or pdf format only)
    4. Please send your returned item to :-

    5. Write your order number inside and outside of the parcel. Once you have couriered/shipped the returned item, email us the tracking number and notify us the name of the courier/shipping company.
  5. REFUND POLICIES
    1. Your refund will be processed and completed within 30 working days upon receipt of your returned item. You will be notified via email upon execution of refund/bank transfer.

    2. The courier/shipping cost and any other cost incurred such as import duties and/or taxes and/or customs charges/fees that you have paid will not be refunded.

    3. Differences in currency exchanged rate and/or fluctuation of currency will not be refunded.
